Curb Measurement Request Form

FMS (Field Measurement Service) or VMS (Virtual Measurement Service)*
The FMS requires a Curbco agent to meet with a technician on the job site and measure the curb(s) for a cost of $150+. This service can take up to a week to coordinate. The VMS is simpler to coordinate, can be done anywhere with a phone and a camera. The cost for the VMS is $47. Please select the service that fits your situation best.
